To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

Standard: 3-5 business days 10.99

Expedited: 1- 3 business days 15.99

Express: 1-2 Business days 39.99

*Please note the order must be placed before 8 AM EST for the order to go out the same day.
If the order is made after 8 AM, the parcel will ship the following business day.

Delivery Claims

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim.

We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).

Coily Queenz does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.


Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.


Exceptions

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please Note:
  • A $30.00 restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
  • Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow opened items to be returned for the safety of all our customers. We are not alone - other hair extensions suppliers do not allow returns of opened items for the same reasons.
