We gladly accept exchanges for hair extensions that remain unopened, unworn, and untouched. Please be aware that our hair extensions are secured with a distinctive elastic band, which serves as an indicator to verify if the extensions have been removed. Human Hair Extensions or Bundles, classified as hygiene products, fall under our non-returnable policy. Due to sanitary reasons, these items cannot be returned We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow opened items to be returned for the safety of all our customers.

Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 10 business days from the date of purchase. Required Information:

Provide a brief explanation for the return or exchange.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.


Contact our customer service team via within the 10-day window to initiate a return or exchange. Provide your order number and reason for the return. Follow the instructions provided by our team for the return process.


Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect the hair extensions to ensure they meet the return criteria (unopened, unworn, untampered,and intact elastic band). Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.


It's essential to ensure the hair extensions are maintained in their original condition, without opening, wearing, or tampering. Any alteration to the Clip-in extensions, identified by the absence or damage to the golden elastic band, may void the return eligibility.

Shipping Information

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

Delivery Claims

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim.

We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).
